All products are shipped from our EU warehouse and partner warehouses overseas. Shipping times vary depending on your country of residence.

- The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the processing time.
- Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping addresses, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
It is recommended to provide a phone number during checkout in order to avoid any delays should our carriers encounter any issues during delivery.
We do not refund items sent to an incorrect address given by the customer. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email provided at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
It will take 1-2 business days to process your order after confirmation. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery. We do NOT ship orders on the same day. Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation e-mail. We cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier.
SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. Due to warehouse locations and product availability, items may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. We do this so that you can get your items as fast as possible. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.
